In a small Russian town, beloved primary school teacher Pasha Talankin documents school life as a cheerful videographer. When Putin announces the invasion of Ukraine, Pasha witnesses propaganda infiltrate classrooms and students conscripted into war. Appalled by the manipulation and recruitment of children, he secretly records the unfolding tyranny. Risking everything, he collaborates covertly with Danish filmmaker David Borenstein, ultimately escaping Russia and revealing an alarming inside look at state-controlled indoctrination.
